Message	I had been up since 0445 and had football drills at 0500 until 0600 then lifted weights from 0600 until 0700. Then posted the message right after that. Excuse me for the careless mistake. Another good excuse is that there is not an english department at my college so grammar/spelling skills have declined dramatically, however math skills and problem solving are increasing exponentially.
